What does WĒV do?+
Customization of all kinds: more than 80 types of apparel, many cap styles and over 12,000 promotional products, all with your brand.
Do you manufacture or resell?+
We have our own factory in Campinas, Brazil, since 2007.
Do you serve customers outside Campinas?+
Yes. We serve all of Brazil.
Which techniques do you use?+
Sublimation, DTF, DTG (printing on cotton), UV, UV DTF, laser and embroidery.
Can I see how it looks before ordering?+
Yes. In the builder you put the item together and see it finished, with price and lead time.
Do you create the artwork?+
Yes. The artwork is sent to you for approval before production.
What is the minimum order?+
One item. Embroidery starts at 30 items. Made-to-order caps start at 30 units (we recommend 50). Caps from our stock can be customized from a single unit.
What is the lead time?+
Items in stock: 5 days. Promotional products: 10 days. Made-to-order items: 15 business days. Above 50 items, we review the order and confirm the exact lead time.
Do crest, name and number cost extra?+
Not with sublimation. With other techniques, the cost shows up in the builder and in the quote.
Do you offer discounts?+
We have a special condition for upfront payment via PIX.
What makes you different from any other apparel maker?+
Our own factory, the finished item on screen before you order, tracking in your account and years of experience with big brands on big projects, with the same care for your brand.
How do I place an order?+
Build it in the builder or message us on WhatsApp. The quote arrives with a link for you to approve.
How long is a quote valid?+
7 days, or until stock runs out, whichever happens first.
How can I pay?+
PIX, boleto or card. Corporate clients with an active contract have their own terms.
Can I pay in installments by card?+
Yes, through Mercado Pago, with interest paid by the buyer.
Do you send samples?+
No. You can buy one item to try it out or visit our factory.
Can each team member pay for their own item?+
Yes, through the group store. Everyone picks size, name and number and pays through the link.
How do I track my order?+
In your account on the website and on WhatsApp.
How do I receive the order?+
As agreed at purchase: at the group's address, sorted by person, or at each person's home.
Can I pick up at the factory?+
Yes, on a day and time we agree on.
What if an item is defective?+
We replace it, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
What if the size doesn't fit?+
Items are customized, so they can't be exchanged. That's why every item shows its size chart.
How do I wash it so it lasts?+
By hand, inside out, in cold water, with no fabric softener and no dryer. The print is heat-applied, so heat and softener damage it. Each item comes with its own care instructions.
Do I get anything for referrals?+
Yes. Every WĒV client has a credit account. When someone you referred makes their first purchase, part of its value becomes credit for you, valid for 12 months on any purchase.
Can the school or club earn from the store?+
It can, when that is set in the store's rules. Earnings go into the same credit account.
Can I repeat the same order?+
We aim to keep the artwork and sizes for up to 12 months, but we can't guarantee they will still be on file.
Can I add new people to the team later?+
Yes, through the group store or a separate order, as long as the item is sublimated or uses DTF.
Ready to suit up your team?
You approve the artwork and see the finished item before you pay. If anything arrives defective, we replace it under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
