Privacy Policy

This policy explains how WĒV processes the personal data of people who use bywev.com, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

Who is responsible for your data

WĒV, based in Campinas (SP), Brazil, is the controller of the data processed on this site. For any privacy matter, including contacting our data protection officer, write to atendimento@bywev.com.

What data we process

• Account: name, e-mail and, if you provide it, WhatsApp number.
• Orders and quotes: items, colors, quantities, sizes, logos and artwork you send, delivery address and payment data processed by Mercado Pago (we do not store card data).
• Browsing, only if you click "Accept": pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, and a recording of how you browse the site, without anything you type. Also Meta, Google and LinkedIn marketing cookies.
• Basic measurement: anonymous counts of visits and clicks per page, without identifying you.

What we use it for

• Preparing, sending and following up on your quotes and orders (performance of a contract and preliminary steps).
• Contacting you on WhatsApp about your orders and quotes, if you tick that option (consent).
• Understanding what you saw on the site so we can help you better when you talk to us: if you accept, the WhatsApp message carries a short code that links the conversation to what you clicked (consent).
• Measuring and improving the site and our campaigns (consent for marketing cookies; legitimate interest for anonymous measurement).
• Complying with legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us provide the service: hosting and database (Supabase and Vercel), e-mail delivery (Resend), payments (Mercado Pago), WhatsApp, Google, Meta and LinkedIn (the last three only if you click "Accept"). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Clicks and browsing recordings: up to 6 months.
• Account: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Orders and tax documents: for the period required by law.

Your rights

At any time you may: confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymization, portability or deletion, learn who we share it with, and withdraw your consent. Just write to atendimento@bywev.com. To refuse marketing cookies and recording, clear this site's cookies in your browser and choose "Decline" in the notice that appears next. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply "stop" in the chat.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and one-time e-mail codes to log in. Files you upload are kept in private storage.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with the date at the top. Changes affecting your consent will be announced on the site.
